Job duties:
✓ Troubleshooting: Analyze and solve complex technical problems
✓ Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance of machines, systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
✓ Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers, team members, and other departments
✓ Installation and configuration: Perform installations at our customers' premises, configure systems
✓ Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all technical equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations and industry standards
✓ Documentation: Prepare and deliver technical reports and documentation
✓ Collaboration: Close collaboration with other colleagues and professionals to ensure smooth operations
✓ Continuous improvement: Stay up to date with technology to continuously suggest improvements to systems and processes
✓ Collaborate closely with an international team of designers and backend developers to support seamless and user-friendly solutions
✓ Actively participate in technical discussions and decisions regarding architecture, technology choices
✓ Explore and implement new technologies and frameworks to improve the development process and user experience
✓ Contribute to a positive and learning culture where sharing of knowledge and experiences is encouraged

Qualifications:
✓ Experience in communicating with customers and end users
✓ Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
✓ Strong understanding of technology, IT, development
✓ Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
✓ Experience in IT Support
